Curious about Creativity, Connection and Community
I’m a socially engaged artist and creative facilitator based in Frome, Somerset and have worked with communities, groups and organisations across the UK on a freelance basis since 2019. Fuelled by a passion for bringing people together, a curiosity about how people create and experience community as well as a drive to challenge the status quo, I work in a number of creative ways to explore these aspects of life, death and community with others.
I've worked in a range of different health, social care, charity and social enterprise settings centring around connecting with communities including the NHS, St Christopher's Hospice and GoodGym. I was also a co-director of The Loss Project. Originally training as a ceramicist at Central St Martin's College of Art and Design, I bring design-thinking and creative problem solving to my practice in addition to my experience running community-based projects on a local to national level.
