My Approach

My therapeutic practice values deep understanding, curiosity, creativity and care. I aim to work collaboratively with you to explore whatever brings you to therapy and to find ways to bring meaning to your current experience, looking at your past as well as your present.

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important aspects of therapy, so an exploratory session can be a good opportunity to see whether I'm the right person for you to work with at this time.

Some of the issues that I have had experience of working with: life transitions and change including student stress/ anxiety, loss, grief, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, difficult childhood experiences, chronic illness, depression, loneliness, identity issues, feeling different.

About Me

I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist-in-training offering individual psychotherapy for adults in the centre of Frome. I aim to offer friendly, affordable and open-ended therapy, with the intention of working in a warm and collaborative way.

I am currently in my third year of study towards a MA Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at Bath Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BCPC) accredited through Middlesex University. I am a trainee member of UKCP.

Prior to starting psychotherapy training, I worked for over a decade in community arts and wellbeing and have a Foundation Certificate from BCPC and a BA(Hons) in Ceramic Design from University of the Arts, London.
